Yay, I'm excited to announce that I am now a Crunchyroll Ambassador!! I'm a big fan of the site and I've already recommended it to several friends, so might as well make it "official," right? xD

For those that don't know, crunchyroll.com is an anime streaming site that simulcasts a lot of awesome anime titles as they are showing in Japan!! They also have a lot of great older titles too. I'm always sure to have something streaming on crunchyroll while I'm sewing or exercising ~ I particularly love that I can stream anime in glorious HD to my TV using the crunchyroll PS3 app, it's pretty fabulous!! *w*

Hi, my name is Suzanne, and as you’ve probably guessed by now, I’m a cosplayer! I’ve been cosplaying for a few years now, and I love it because it’s a way that I can flex my creative muscles and it’s also wonderful excuse to hang out with my friends! Hello!

Quick question - how would I go about attaching the painted ornament half to the front bow of the Sailor fuku? It doesn't mention how to do that in your tutorial.

There's a couple ways you could attach the broach ~ I usually cut a piece of extra thick craft foam the same size as the back of the broach and glue it inside, then attach it with sticky velcro. Another way you could do it is to put small holes in the sides of the broach by heating up a needle with a heat gun and melting a couples hole in the plastic, then sew it on. I've done it both ways, either could work~!
